1. Service Provider

Sangine is a 3D scene hosting and embedding service operated by:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Sangine service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Plans and Pricing

Sangine offers the following plans:

• Free: unlimited public scenes, up to 1 M triangles and 8 4K textures per scene. No payment required.
• Pro: 25 €/month (excluding VAT), billed every six months. Includes 100 GB of storage.
• Additional storage: each additional 100 GB block is 10 €/month (excluding VAT), billed as part of the standard invoice.

VAT is applied where required by applicable Finnish and EU law. Customers outside the EU are not charged Finnish VAT.

4. Free Trial

New Pro accounts include a one-month free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost. At the end of the trial, an invoice is issued for the first six-month billing period. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, the account and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

5. Billing and Invoicing

Pro subscriptions are billed every six months in advance. Invoices are issued manually and sent by email. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

If an invoice is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, the account and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

6. Storage Quota

Pro accounts include 100 GB of storage. If your usage exceeds the included quota, we will notify you by email. Additional storage will be billed retroactively at 10 €/month per 100 GB block, first as a separate invoice and subsequently as part of your standard six-month invoice. Additional storage blocks are renewed automatically at each billing cycle if your usage still exceeds the included quota at the time the invoice is created.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the 3D scenes and other content you upload to Sangine. By uploading content, you grant Sanox Oy a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, transcode, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content. The following is prohibited:

• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Illegal or harmful content
• Content that violates applicable law

8. Embeds

Scene embed links and iframes may be freely shared and embedded on third-party websites, including for commercial purposes.

9. Takedown Requests

If you believe content hosted on Sangine infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the content and the basis for your claim. We will review and act on valid requests in accordance with our obligations under applicable law.

10. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current six-month billing period. Prepaid fees are not refunded upon cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Following account closure or termination, data is retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with reasonable advance notice of at least 180 days where practicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanox Oy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance.
